Who is the course for

The course is suitable for project managers, team or work package managers and support staff. No prior knowledge of ProjectProgress or Prince2 is necessary; a basic awareness of project concepts is assumed.

About the course

The course is delivered by a ProjectProgress consultant and qualified Prince2 project manager. The course is structured but informal and includes presentations on key concepts, live demonstrations using ProjectProgress, and practical exercises to develop hands-on skills. There is ample time to ask questions and understand how to get the best from ProjectProgress in your organisation.

What is included

Course attendance for up to 5 attendees, handouts and exercise materials, access to the ProjectProgress training area for the duration of the course. The course trainer is in attendance for the whole day. Team Edition subscription for 1 Year (5 Users)

What you need to provide

A meeting room suitable for the number of people attending, computers with internet access for attendees (for best results we suggest 1 computer between 2-3 attendees), electronic projector/screen and whiteboard/flipchart, any refreshments and food required.
