Project Progress Refund Policy

The following Refund Policy applies to all paid ProjectProgress Subscription Services, both Bronze and Silver Editions.All subscriptions, bronze, silver or team are bound by the Terms of Use for the ProjectProgress.com site.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Subscription Fees will not be refunded if the subscription has been cancelled due to a violation of the Terms of Use
Monthly Subscriptions
Generally, monthly subscriptions for our Bronze and Silver edition are non-refundable. Before your subscription commences and your first payment is taken from your credit card you will have already enjoyed a free 30 day trial and evaluation period.
However under certain circumstances a refund will be given at the discretion of the management as there may be circumstances when a refund is deemed necessary - e.g. technical problems, where ProjectProgress.com is unable to provide the service to the customer Therefore 'refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management.
If you cancel your subscription within the free trial period you will not be charged.You may cancel your monthly renewing subscription at any time during the month. If you choose this option, your subscription will expire 30 days from the last payment. Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded.

Modification
ProjectProgress reserves the right to revise the terms of this Refund Policy. Any changes made will apply to all memberships created or renewed after the date such change was implemented.
Please note our service is provided to business users only, we do not currently support individual subscribers.
