A. Team Edition is the best way for small teams to easily collaborate and manage project information more effectively. Q. Can I purchase Team Edition on a month-to-month basis?

Q. What happens if I outgrow Team Edition?

A. If you find that you need more Project Executive capabilities than are available in Team Edition, you may upgrade to Professional at any time. Just contact your account executive, and we can upgrade you in one business day.

Q. What happens to my data if I decide not to purchase after 30 days?

A. If at any time during your 30-day, risk-free trial, you decide that you are not ready to purchase Team Edition, you may export all of your data into Excel using our reports wizard. We will purge the data out of our system 30 days after your trial expires.

Q. What is the price of Team Edition?

A. Team Edition currently is promotionally priced at £995 per year for five users. This price includes not just the user licenses but also the underlying platform, the application and database servers, database licenses, highly scalable hosting architecture, high data security, front-line support and training, redundant systems, high-speed access, remote backup systems, etc.

Team Edition is bundled with free standard support (value of £1,000), which includes unlimited cases. Cases can be submitted by Web, email, or phone.

Q. What is the difference between Enterprise Edition and Professional Edition?

A. Q. Which product is appropriate for my company?

A. It depends on your company's requirements. If you are looking for a turnkey Project Management solution and don't require tight integration with existing applications or advanced customization, then ProjectProgress Professional Edition may meet your needs. Q. Can I upgrade from Professional Edition to Enterprise Edition?

A. Yes. ProjectProgress Professional Edition customers can easily migrate all of their existing data and settings to the Enterprise Edition with no effort on their part and minimal work on ProjectProgress's part. Customers may want to work with ProjectProgress's internal team or with one of our partners for the business implementation work needed to take advantage of the robust customization, integration, and administration capabilities included in Enterprise Edition.

Q. How do I upgrade from Professional Edition to Enterprise Edition?

A. Contact your Customer RM to complete the necessary agreement, including an annual liecene agreement. Once ProjectProgress is notified of the change, we can upgrade your account as quickly as within 24 hours.

Service Co-ordinator Questions

Q. What is the job of the Service Coordinator?

A. Your nominated Service Coordinator is responsible for setting up your ProjectProgress online application, which means adding users, establishing project teams and generally configuring ProjectProgress. This task can frequently be completed in just a few hours. The Coordinator may also manage the initial process of importing your company's existing project data as well as managing your ProjectProgress account. Your Service Coordinator is also usually the main contact for our Customer Service Executive.

Q. How do I get access to ProjectProgress?

A. Because ProjectProgress is an on-demand service delivered over the Internet, there is no hardware or software to buy, install, or maintain. Just point your browser — Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 5.5 or higher) or Netscape Navigator (version 6.0 or higher) — to the login page and enter your username and password.

Q. Does ProjectProgress ever view or use my data?

A. No. As stated in the ProjectProgress privacy policy, "ProjectProgress will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as provided in the ProjectProgress Master Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of the Master Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law. Of course, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password."

Q. What happens when the ProjectProgress database goes down?

ProjectProgress has built redundancy into all its systems in order to minimize any system failures that could be perceived as customer outages. All components of the ProjectProgress system are proactively monitored and managed so that faults are detected before system outages. ProjectProgress realizes there may occasionally be system outages due to issues beyond our control. ProjectProgress has established numerous escalation procedures to notify the proper personnel in the event of any system outage and remedy any issues as quickly as possible.

Q. How do I sign up for ProjectProgress?

A. Most users will sign up online through WorldPay which is accessed through the ProjectProgress web site. The process is completely safe and secure. Additionally, if you prefer, you can also sign up with us over the phone. Sales and support representatives are available Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 6:00 GMT Time at 0845 257 2277

Q. How much does it cost to subscribe to ProjectProgress?

This depends on the edition you chose. All editions are world-class solutions. Each one includes a combination of powerful features plus the relevant ProjectProgress.com infrastructure components in order to meet the unique needs of your company.

ProjectProgress currently offers two editions

Bronze Edition £4.95 per user per month

Silver Edition £49.50 per user per month

Both online editions come with a 30-day free trial. During this time you will have full access with full functionality of the edition you have requested to trial, you can work on ProjectProgress.com as often as you like, running unlimited number of projects. You will also be able to learn from the wide range of information about project and programme management related topics on the website.

You will also be sent alerts to the email address that you have provided informing you of any tasks that require you attention

After the 30-day free trial, you will be charged the appropriate monthly fee depending on the edition you are subscribed to, unless you have already notified us that you do not wish to continue. If you decide to cancel your membership you will only ever be charged for the current month you are subscribed to the servcie for.

You will then be charged monthly depending on the edition you have subscribed to for the duration of your membership.I

Q. When will I be charged?

You will be charged after your 30-day free trial period, unless you have already notified us that you do not want to continue.

Payment will be taken on the 30th and final day of the trial period and will then be taken on the same date of each month.

Q. Why do I need to give WorldPay my card details?

All our online payment transactions are handled through WorldPay

WorldPay are an important part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, the 5th biggest banking group in the world, WorldPay payment solutions are trusted by thousands of businesses, big and small.

WorldPay authorizes your card at the point of application. This is part of the authentication process, which proves that you are who you say you are and protects you against crimes such as identity fraud. It also means that you have uninterrupted use of the ProjectProgress service if you want to continue after the 30-day free trial.

Your card will not be charged until your free trial period has expired.

Q. What credit cards do you accept?

WorldPay accept all major cards including debit cards and local payment schemes like Maestro, Laser and Electron.

Q. How do I cancel my membership?

Q. When does my membership expire?
